A center that fosters a communal living .The design houses a center which caters to providing both formal and informal spaces for hosting ceremonies, seminars and exhibitions, co-working spaces, spaces for formal/informal interactions and gathering, day care center and a residential zone with 1500 units of apartment style homes. The design also comprises of resilient strategies exploring the underground water level, creating pools and collection pits used in cases of floods. It explores the concept of sacredness of water by exploring its depths and using it as meditative pools following the religious outlook of water
