Inspired by a platonic solid, the octahedron; Okto : modular furniture is designed to complement the Pagganuck at Governor’s Island specially designed to be used outdoors. A design concept that is its own identity different from that of the pavilion.
Designed to be movable and lightweight, Okto stands true to it’s geometry with an emphasis on natural and sustainable elements that can be recycled and disassembled in future (wood, cork, galvanized metal connections)
